Shortly before the Trojan War, Spartan King Agamemnon lured Clytemnestra and their daughter to the beach at Aulis under the pretense Iphigenia was to be married to the great warrior, Achilles. Instead of a wedding, however, Iphigenia was sacrificed to the gods so the winds would blow and send Agamemnon and his troops to battle. For years, Clytemnestra, plagued by nightmares of that day, has held the throne, gathering her allies and biding her time. It's 10 years later, and Agamemnon is coming home...
